Liz specializes in working with people/their family with intellectual disabilities (primarily autism) and mental health with children, young adults, adults and families in homes, schools and hospital settings. She has experience in working with clients encountering trauma, domestic violence, depression, suicidal ideations, life changes and seeking help with personal growth. Prospective clients can expect to receive a safe environment with full support, encouragement and open-minded therapy sessions. Liz specialize in the involvement of art, music and writing throughout therapy sessions. She provides full bilingual services in Spanish too. Her previous experience includes ten years of experience in school settings and four years of experience in mental health hospital settings. Liz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Concordia St. Paul University.
