Alaina has been in the field of social work since 2012 and works with all ages. She is experienced working with individuals with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, loved ones who have family members with substance abuse, and an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. Alaina has worked within the foster care system, childcare setting, along with providing crisis intervention and case management within the school setting and to the homeless population. A client can expect to receive a non-judgmental and safe environment when working with Alaina. Alaina is very supportive therapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy throughout her sessions.
