Areli Julian, LSW is a bilingual Licensed Social Worker who provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has over 10 years of experience working in community-based settings supporting individuals and families who have experienced significant stress, trauma, and life transitions.
Areli has extensive experience working with immigrant and first-generation communities, including recent work supporting immigrant youth, and parents of children in early childhood education settings. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, acculturation stress, immigration-related challenges, and parenting concerns.
As a therapist, Areli strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. She values meeting clients where they are and believes everyone deserves access to mental health support, regardless of background or circumstances. Areli incorporates an attachment- based, parenting-focused approach to support parents in strengthening their relationship with their children and responding to their child’s emotional needs. She offers services in both English and Spanish through in-person and telehealth sessions.
